our approach
We are – above all – hybrid. We are not either/or. We are intrinsically non-binary, a series of ands:
Past and present: Our present work on digital tech, disability, and storytelling is layered onto our past work on gender, sexuality, and violence.
Digital and physical: We work online and onground, understanding and treating these spaces as a continuum.
Grassroots and global: We bring community realities to national, public, and global attention to change eco-systems.
Intersectional and inter-generational: We are in our 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. We are women, queer, trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and disabled.
Light and deep: We combine deep knowledge and substance with light forms and methods to create change in unique ways.
Our hybrid nature gives us a unique advantage in today’s crossroads circumstances. Our diversities give us unique vantage points, perspectives, insights, and wide reach, influence, and cross-constituency credibility.
